Professor David Dunaway

Biography & Qualifications
Professor Dunaway is an internationally recognised leader in craniofacial and reconstructive surgery. He graduated with an MB ChB from the University of Manchester in 1989 and subsequently completed higher surgical training in plastic surgery at renowned units in Leeds, Newcastle, London and Adelaide.
His credentials include:
FDSRCS (Fellowship in Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons) and BDS qualification, reflecting additional dental surgery training.
FRCS(Plast) (Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Plastic Surgery).
Appointed Consultant Plastic Surgeon at GOSH in 2000, where he leads the Craniofacial Unit, one of the UK’s four supra-regional centres of excellence.
Professor of Craniofacial Surgery at the UCL Institute of Child Health.

Professor Dunaway treats both children and adults, combining reconstructive and aesthetic surgery with specialist Craniofacial care. His private practice is based at 152 Harley Street, London, and he consults in leading London hospitals.
