Primary treatment needs to take place within a multidisciplinary team which includes an oncologist. We do not have this facility however our craniofacial service has many years of experience of dealing with secondary reconstruction for these patients. This includes orthognathic procedures, free tissue transfer to reconstruct defects and cosmetic procedures.
